Following an Endodontic referral, patients are seen for a detalied consultation with digital radiographs. The restorability of the tooth and the endodontic outcome are discussed along with treatment options.
The Endodontic set up is State of the Art, including a microscope, digital radiographs, rotary NiTi instrumentation, thermoplastic obturation, electronic apex locators and Ultrasonic equipment.
Treatments may be single or two visit, depending upon complexity of the case and patient factor, for example, trismus or anxiety.
If deemed appropriate, a fibre-glass post and core build-up is provided for a heavily damaged but restorable tooth.
Please indicate in the relevant section in the referral if you would not like us to provide a post-core build-up for the referred endodontically treated tooth.
An additional fee will apply for removal of existing fixed restorations and post-removal.
